JBL - PRS joint venture consists of labor and experience sharing with PRS. PRS is a certified small business, with 28 years in maintaining fuel and storage tanks. This includes fuel quality based on ASTM standards such as fuel sampling, lab analysis, additives, fuel filtration, tank cleaning, UST Testing, API & STI inspections and fuel/tank system repairs. All personnel are certified as A/B Operators. PRS manages thousands of tanks for critical facilities that require 24/7 emergency power solutions. Contract management for JBL-PRS JV LLC operates in a seamless manner because two of the JBL Solutions Inc members are also key employees of Petroleum Recovery Services. Our offices are the same and all scheduling, invoicing, records management is handled in the same central location.
